Welcome to a new project, this time at the Tribunal in Monterrey, where we have achieved an impressive office space expansion quickly and efficiently using our Cubox modular construction system. In just 1 month, we transformed a 150 m² area into a modern 54 m² building that includes 10 office spaces and a private meeting room.

One of the main challenges we faced in this project was ensuring a quiet and uninterrupted working environment, as the existing offices required absolute silence. Thanks to our modular technology, the assembly was carried out with no noise, allowing the normal operation of the offices to continue throughout the process.

The terrain had interesting characteristics, especially a terrace that wasn't prepared to support traditional construction due to the additional weight it would involve. Our lightweight and removable solution adapted perfectly to this situation, requiring no additional investment in foundations. Difficult access to the terrace was not an obstacle, as our modular components, known for their strength, were transported and installed without issues.

Our design approach focused on meeting the client's specific needs. By utilizing the "wasted" terrace, we created a modular design with one standalone module and two interconnected ones, providing 10 office spaces and a private meeting room, all perfectly integrated into the existing environment.

To ensure resistance to extreme weather conditions, such as hurricanes and heavy tropical rains, we implemented high-quality measures in modular construction. Our materials and construction techniques provide the durability and protection needed to withstand any climatic adversity.

Sustainability and energy efficiency were central to our approach. Thanks to our modular construction system, we significantly reduced water consumption, a critical factor in the city of Monterrey. Additionally, the thermal insulation incorporated into the construction will provide significant long-term energy savings, as the client will be able to minimize the use of climate control systems.
