Afremov Ranch

Located in the heart of the Akumal jungle, Afremov Ranch is a project that reflects Cubox's versatility and sustainability. This development features a central house and five lofts spread across a 2,000 m² plot, focusing on offering a comfortable and eco-friendly experience in the midst of nature. The 250 m² main house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and an outdoor pool, while each of the 5 lofts is equipped with a full bathroom and an outdoor jacuzzi, providing comfort and luxury in a natural setting.

The project, completed in just 8 weeks, faced the challenge of limited access to the location, which made obtaining permits difficult and potentially increased construction costs. However, Cubox overcame these obstacles thanks to its efficient modular construction system. The client, with the vision of turning this space into an Airbnb attraction, sought a fast and cost-effective solution, avoiding an increase in investment costs. The satisfaction with the service was so high that an additional 400 m² expansion is already planned in the heart of the jungle.

The design of Afremov Ranch was seamlessly integrated into its surroundings, respecting the natural environment by avoiding tree cutting. Sustainability was a priority, with the installation of a power generator that supplies the entire complex, including lighting, air conditioning, and water pumps. This allowed the project to be not only time and cost-efficient but also environmentally friendly, with no significant impact on the jungle.
