The construction of this 36 m² loft was carried out without disrupting commercial activities, thanks to the practical and quiet nature of Cubox's modular system.

With 50 m² of space and a design that includes a full kitchen, a bathroom, and an outdoor jacuzzi, the Kukulkan Loft was designed to meet the needs of Airbnb guests. This space is intended for a person or couple seeking a comfortable and functional experience, whether for short or long stays. The client chose basic finishes, ensuring that the project was ready quickly for the high season and focusing on an immediate return on investment.
